Steaming (Recommended): Place frozen momos in a steamer without thawing. Steam for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot with achar!
Frying: For crispy momos, steam first for 8 minutes, then pan-fry with oil until golden brown.
Tip: Do not thaw before cooking - cook directly from frozen for best results.
Frozen momos can be stored for up to 3 months in a freezer at -18°C or below. Keep them in their original sealed packaging for best results.
Important: Once thawed, do not refreeze. Cook immediately after thawing.
Momo: Minimum order is 1 packet (50 pieces / 5 plates)
Sausage: Minimum order is 1 kg (24 pieces)
Each momo weighs approximately 25 grams. One plate contains 10 pieces, and one packet contains 50 pieces (5 plates).
Currently, we only deliver within Kathmandu Valley. This includes areas like Kathmandu, Lalitpur (Patan), and Bhaktapur.
For locations outside the valley, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements for bulk orders.
